Staff on phone calls all night and a guest had enough, zero sleep, she just wanted quiet, and the police were gracious, helpful as best they could. Life is  hard already and a guest loses it at Cambridge warming center...

Cruel and Racist. She told EMTs to "don't mind him (Jeramy), he likes to cause trouble." When I had food stuck in my esophagus , and laughed at me. later I found out i have a legitimate condition, biopsy results negative, so it's some sort of narrowing. I'm glad i didn't die.

Sanitation/Health Concerns

Unwashed blankets, pillows, mats, floors, despite being told they are.

Body fluids, excrement and food smeared into unwashed bedding

Guest staph infections due to dirty bedding and floors.

some requiring multiple trips to doctors to get drained and medicated.

Lice outbreaks

It also spread via unwashed blankets

Lack of Services/facility conditions

No toilet paper, soap, hot meal, shower, laundry but taxpayers paid for it.

No help getting to other shelters.

No case management.

Not logging guests accurately if at all.

Cops are called on you if you get upset when robbed.

Items not protected/watched because staff are sleeping.

Not checking name tags on bags at checkout.

Belongings go missing, including vital meds, electronics, phones, Identific

No Disability Accommodations

A person with Cerebral Palsy was told they can't sit while waiting in line.

Once inside, A blind guest was told to sit and they ignored them afterwards

Staff Abuse/Retaliation

Guests are targeted by staff after attempting to file grievances.

Mocking guests for their disabilities.

Natalia told guests that It was my fault we couldn't bring backpacks in.
